    Hello,

    Is anyone aware or have any knowledge that or think there is a chance we will see a 4k 17 inch notebook this year?

    There'll only be one notebook on the market capable of handling it properly for gaming though...

    And it isn't the GT80 Titan =D. (mainly because that's an 18 incher and cannot handle 17" screens)

    According to prema, there should be some 3K/4K higher resolution IPS screen in Q4.. I'm eagerly wating for them before I upgrade :)

    Thanks, this would good if true I think its definitely time we see some 3k/4k 17 inch notebooks. How reliable is this prema?

    Prema is very very reliable... I'll take his word anytime.. He's a dev who has a lot of contacts with Clevo ( a large manufacturer) and also makes modded BIOS's etc for Clevo laptops... he's a total legend.. See some of his work here: http://premamod.com/
