    Hey...

In my search for the best HDD regarding speed, noise, power usage and heat I'm thinking of getting 5400 RPM HDD instead of a 7200 RPM HDD.

This has all the advantages except for speed but I'm wondering of there's any 5400 RPM HDD's which performs like 7200 RPM HDD's ?

Also, how big of a difference is there between 5400 RPM and 7200 RPM regarding boot time (Vista) and starting up applications (IE7, Word, Power Point etc.) ?

    Regards,
