Well those are my results, let me know what you think. As you see it's fast.

Loading maps on MW2 seems slow sometimes. I'm not sure how great the raid-0 is on the NP9262......

Agreed. X25-M is faster in every dimension save for sequential writes.

agreed, but why not and also because I can. Do you think rais-0 with only two drives will be faster.

Yes, I'm still waiting for an SSD that is at least 500gig. When that happens hopefully soon. Me purchase big SSD drive.

how much did this cost 395 dollars after shipping and taxes from newegg. again because I can. Plus they through in a 25 dollars credit to my account because the following week they went down to 89.99.. ouch...

If you're running the Intel Matrix Storage Manager (or, if you can run it), I would try the Intel Rapid Storage Technology drivers instead.

You should see an increase in performance.

I tried loading Intel Matrix Storage manager but its only for winxp it would not install at all.

"Inter Rapid technology" hmmm thanks for that info.... I will report if it works and if so see if it improved performance.

    Woot! :D

That's how I felt when I noticed my Scorpio Blue seem faster (more snap, I didn't measure anything) when I installed this - with no RAID, like you.

Glad it made such an improvement.
