    64GB RAM - 2x32, or 4x16?

    Went for 128GB in the end - 4 x 32GB Samsung 2667 MHz Non-ECC.

    I got my last laptop 7 years ago with 32GB RAM which seemed overkill then. Now, I use it all up regularly just using photoshop. I thought if I get less than 128GB now, then need more in the future, I may have issues with mismatched modules, so I may as well just get the max I can now.

    Since then I've seen that the recommended hardware spec for some of the software I might use is 128GB so all good....

    That was the best choice, avoiding the whole mis-matched down the road thing. Happy to hear it worked out for you. :)
