Does any of you guys have the same problem as I do. The right speaker of my Dell 700m stopped working. The cable was cut off due to design flaws by Dell. I am looking to get the whole speaker assembly including the cables because I am out of warranty now and I do not want to pay $400 for the LCD monitor.

Do you guys know where can I get the part? thanks in advance.

Cant you just either soder the line back together or a connector that you put the ends into and crimp the ends? If it was just a wire that was cut, seems like a easy fix.

I have tried to solder the wire back together but unfortunately the wires wascut when i tried to strip it and I end up with shorter wires that was impossible to be soldered. The cut was originally close to the speaker so it is a hit and miss work.
