When going from a 5400RPM to a 7200RPM hard drive in a laptop, is there a significant decrease in battery life?

About 20 minutes in most laptops.

Hi,
I saw i a recent review of a Hitachi 7200rpm drive that it was only marginally faster than the Seagate Momentus 5400rpm drive, but I know the Seagate drives have a very quick seek time, however the summary of the review said the speed gain vs the power drain & cost, it was not really worth upgrading, mind you it could have been that the Seagate was a really good drive.
Seems you get a good boost from upgrading from 4200rpm to 5400rpm but the jump from 5400 to 7200 rpm is not that great. (well not worth the extra money and power consumption).
