Would it be worth paying the extra $600 now for a second 780m in a sager or; waiting a few years and buying a second upgrade kit and adding it myself?

Also, would it be fees-able to get the i7 4700 now and, in a few years, upgrade to the i7 4800; or, should i just spend the $185 now and get the i7 4800?

There are a good number of sager owners who are rocking a single 780m right now and plan on adding a second in the future. It really depends if you have the funds to spend on the second 780m now. Seeing how you are also thinking about waiting a few years to upgrade a 4700 to a 4800, I'd say just wait for the 2nd 780m down the line. However, I would upgrade the 4700 to a 4800 now if you are just planning on upgrading it anyways. That's what I'd do anyways.

I'd get the second 780m now so it's covered under warranty. CPU wise, get the best you can afford. CPU's rarely fail these days so you could even nab a cheap 4930 MX CPU down the road.
