    Hi All,

I'm looking for an 80mm case fan that either has some kind of deflector, shroud, or some other casing that directs the exhaust by 90 degrees, so the flow runs parallel to the blades.

Some laptops (like my Clevo x7200) have some fans where the blades are somewhat covered, and the air flows out of one of the sides instead of thru the fan.

Has anyone seen any kind of standard 80mm fans that fit that description for sale anywhere?

    TIA

I never ran across any type of deflector for sale, so I ended up trying a 3D print service for a 90 degree deflector for an 80mm fan I found on thingiverse.com.

    Hopefully it works out.
