    I'm trying to find a laptop to replace an HP that had an 8400GT in it. The 9300GS is about the same performance wise, right?

    doesn't the 9300m GS have half the shaders of the 8400M GT? So i don't think its a replacement...

    But it's got a much higher clock speed, which is why I'm not sure either.
