    hello everybody!

I've bought the 8510w wuxga laptop and evertyhing was fine... till some day I've noticed that on the screen, when Im starting my lap Im getting some black-dirty areas as here:
    www.zaraz.pl/lap/1.jpg

they change to the "new" screen and it has black belt on the bottom of screen (aprox 3cm before bottom):

they change once again and third screen has same black belt ;(

my question is, do you also have black areas on your WUXGA screen, they've told me, that I can claim this, but generally - is this normal or should I try to claim once again? Maybe next screen will be without this... who knows...

(sorry of my english, home, you'll understand me ;))

When the screen was replaced, was the backlight replaced. From the pics it looks like you need a new backlight.

Sounds like there may be something wrong with the cabling that connects the screen.
