Under load (prime - 8 threads) I get temps about like this:

    Core0- 84
    Core1-73
    Core2- 81
    Core3-74

I know it's normal for cores to vary a little, but this seems like a big difference. Anyone else see bigger numbers like this on an i7 quad?

It that a constant or are you reading max temps and those could be the result of just a quick spike in temp? It seems like a larger gap than you would expect if all 4 cores are being stressed simultaneously

My 920 core 3 runs about 2 degrees warmer than 1,2,4. The other three are all within 1 of each other.

Are you running an ES by chance?
