A 14.0" inch 120hz IPS panel, is this real?

It is like the 30 pin 144hz panel that had little to no information on it, so perhaps another good underdog? Who here is going to the be the first to review? Some have it listed as being a 30pin EDP, others are 40pin, so not sure what to make of it. For those with small 14 inch gaming laptops such as an Aero 14, this would sure be a game changer as I would like to have a 14 inch with that refresh rate and in IPS. Not sure if its "gsync compatible" either :p
