    Hey guys,

    1) I read somewhere on the forums about a software or program that allows you to move programs where you want them to be on your HDD. For ex. moving a game to the outer edge so the hard drive has an easier time finding it and therefore decreasing boot time. So is there such a program/software? And for free? or can this just be done without anything?

    2) Just wondering if the Sager NP9150 support Flex Memory Mode as I have 3x4GB DDR3 1600mhz RAM, this allows it to run dual channel and as I have not received the laptop yet I'd like to know if this should happen automatically or if I have to implement something.

    Thanks

    1) I have seen the same thing somewhere, but I wouldn't recommend moving files as each program puts settings in different places. It is safer to uninstall and reinstall to restart the installation process and make sure all program step are followed.
    2) Dual channel vs not dual channel. If you were that concerned you should have ordered it in the 2x8gb or the 4x4gb. Or even the 2x4gb and self upgrade to maintain the pairs. I think the pairs match up the 2 under the laptop as 3,4 and the 2 under the keyboard as 1,2.

I'm pretty sure it does with the 2x4 then the 1x4 feeds in, I'm looking for a confirmation more so, and thanks sounds good.

Yes, it does asynchronous dual channel. Don't worry about that.
