What is a good touch screen monitor that is 18-24in and 1080P. Also does Win8 support multi-touch? and if so what monitor supports that? I was thinking of getting a touch screen monitor for the game Artimis. I was thinking engineering would be way either to manage with a touch screen.

    Thanks,

At a quick glance at what is available at newegg in my price range and requirements this appears to be the best bang for the bunch.

This is a video of the game. You can see engineering with all the pull and push/drag bars for sending power and coolant to various parts.
