Firstly budget is lo $1k MAX, lower the better.

Are there any monitors with inky blacks like OLEDs, that work with gaming? OLED TVs for me are a fail for gaming as they just dont seem to keep up.

I want HDR compliant for both the movies and for games.

Its for my bedroom so Im thinking 24-27". Plan to wall mount it on my side of the bed so the Mrs and I can watch......... movies in bed, but will want to be able to move it to the desk, so maybe wall mount isnt a good idea.

And if possible be good for LightRoom work for my photography.

What you're asking for does not exist currently, and when monitors equipped as you want do come out (likely Q2-Q3 2018), they're going to be priced in excess of your budget.

Well I like your honesty hehe. So a 4k HDR screen would be the next best bet?
