I installed the crucial 2gb ram from fry's to my thinkpad T61, originally it had 2gb 2 dimm of ram i then removed the 1gb and installed the 2gb ram. Now I have checked the task manager and system properties they all confirmed with 3gb, but today i was messing with pc wizard and it only showed my system has only 2gb of rams? I'm now confused...

Don't worry. Software does get screwed up at times. If the task manager is showing 3GB ram, then there is 3GB available irrespective of any software info.
(Check out what CPUz shows :D)
