I really like my HP Pavilion zv6005 us laptop. I wanted to upgrade the wireless card in my laptop. I bought a D-link 655 N wirless router and now am looking to upgrade my wireless card. I think the laptop has an express slot. That was my best guess from the manual that I have. Any ideas on a good wireless N card to buy???

The manual says that there is an ExpressCard slot that can be accessed on the side of the laptop.

OK, just wanted to make sure.

We got several D-Link DWA-643 Express cards and use in some of our laptops and those in for repair. W/ the DIR 655 you'll get full performance out of your router and hit 300mbps since they are matching router/cards.

    Very sweet setup............

I second the D-Link DWA-643. You will get full proformance with that, as stated by nobscot6

Express slot is slightly vague because of the fact there is ExpressCard and PC Card. You may have been reffereing to that, and they are a total different "platform", they arent the same shape even, so they arent interchangable.

The card has much better reviews than the Belkin that HP pointed me to. Thanks for the help!

I talked to HP support again. They told me that it is an ExpressCard 54 and also a 34 too.
