    Hi,

As I have read tons of cr*p and other garbage, although You made a quite good FAQ(guide?) about upgrading GPU, still have some questions.

    1. A8Jc is provided with GO7300 but A8J series come along with GO7600 in A8Jm I presume, with GO7700 in A8Js...
Is it possible still to buy a GO7600 - not designed for asus - for hp: as an example -
    GeForce Go7600 256mb DDR2 + 2 grafiki gratis (1192952477) - Aukcje internetowe Allegro ( yellow laminate - GO7600 )

Then flash bios and run A8Jc with go7600?

    2. I have found some BGA chips - these are the chips only for installing on the motherboard, right? There is no way to get a GO7300 GPU card and put GO7600 chip on it? ( love geeky questions) ;)

    Cheers,

    I...

I would refrain from it as the graphics cards are highly customized for brands/models.

I am 99.9999% sure that a card for hp laptop will not be compatible with asus (as asus mostly prefers a custom reverse-mxm format).

You do know that BGA chips require soldering, right?

Yes, right know I get it. That means there is no possibility putting a chip from go7300 and placing go7600 instead, right? - want to know if BGA is used only on the motherboard built-in chips...?
So I will seek a go7600 only for a8j series, curious bout that. Thanks.

No, there is no way to replace a go 7300 with go 7600.
