I own acer ferrari 4000 and just noticed that its fan is always on. I mean as soon as I turn computer own before even Windows is loaded the fan is already on.
Just wondering is this normal? I owned HP pavilion for long time and that never happened to it was quiet at all times.

    Please advice

    Thank you.

It is normal for the notebook's fan to be on all the time. There may be an option in the BIOS to set the fan to turn off if possible. The notebook will run cooler if the fan stays on all the time.
