I ordered 16gb of ADATA 1600 1.35v, CL9 for my P150EM that should be here tomorrow. I'll let you all know at what speed it will run at, 1333 or 1600. Also would like to note a few things.
Even if it's 1333, be awesome since it will then run at CL8
It's 1.35v because ADATA found a unique way in manufacturing the board that allows the dram to run at a lower voltage and cooler. Lower voltage and cooler? Why yes I'll have some of that for my laptop.

In my testing 1.35V vs 1.50V has not made a lick of difference in battery life. Primarily because energy savings would come at full load, but minimal effect at idle. I'm sure battery sipping netbooks would benefit more. In my netbook I had, I ran a single 4GB stick as opposed to two because idle draw was less than 7W, and peak was less than 12W, so that extra stick at an extra 1.5W would make a huge difference. But 1.5v vs 1.35V is only 0.15V difference equating to likely less than 0.5W power consumption at peak draw.

Reviews of the ram are pretty consistent with saying it provides 30 minutes extra battery life.
Though for me, I like it a lot for the reason it runs really cool. -
I've been using Samsung 1.35V for a while and have noticed zero improvements in battery life, at least nothing sustantial. Plus the Samsungs can run 2133MHz at CAS 11.
