How do I take these factors into account... accessing BIOS... clean installing Vista Business... on my X61 Tablet?

Basically I'm wondering... aside from clean installing Vista Business....

I put in the new hard drive into the computer. I change the BIOS boot order to cd drive first, with an external drive attached to the USB with Vista Business on it, then I install Vista. Then I install all the drivers and tweak.

What else do I have to do that's missing?

Nothing more really, all depends on how you want your notebook!
