Hello, I cannot seem to find solid reviews and benchmarks on the A8-4500M Trinity APU, only the higher end A10-4600M.

Many of the benchmarks I've seen for the A8-4500M only have one 4GB DIMM so the graphics benchmark is ruined with the single channel memory. I cannot find a good comparison of 3DMark Vantage or 3DMark11 scores between the two processors since Futuremark still needs to update their site to allow searching for the new AMD Trinity APUs. I would like to know how the A8-4500M benchmarks on a system with 2x4GB DIMMs in 3DMark Vantage and 3DMark11.

So if anyone here with an A8-4500M and a couple sticks of RAM in it can do a run of 3DMark Vantage and 3DMark11 that would be really cool. I usually go to overclock.net but they don't use laptops nearly as much. I can get the 3500M for $360 and the 4500M for $400, specs are otherwise identical.

    thanks

    Hi,

I have a table with 3DMark11 Scores in here, however since that the drivers are improved a lot so Trinity results are not quite correct.

With the latest drivers under Windows 8 I have got the following scores:

    A6-4400M scores P803
    A10-4600M scores P1332

    For A8-4500M I expect something between 950-1100 points near 2X4GB 1600MHz CL9 RAM.
