The AMD laptop has 2ghz and 4GB ram, the one running intel has 2ghz 3GB ram, with the price for both the same, which one would be faster/and or/better? (both have 1MB cache) Which one is more worth it?

    Thanks in advance!

Intel is probably faster. In the mobile world AMD has been using the same architecture with minor tweaks for the last couple of years.

Till they come out with a mobile processor based on Phenom II core Intel is the way to go.

for daily use, get the intel one. if you want to do some gaming, chances are, the amd one will probably have a stronger integrated graphics card.
