Is OCZ to be trusted again? I thought they got bought by Toshiba?
-
They were. Hopefully, under Toshiba they will validate more and the consumer won't be their guinea pig. -
Ha, this is good.

A "four-year life expectancy" that`s not very long
John. -
Four years is exceptionally long for an OCZ drive.

But for a "gamer", I don't know that they have any hardware over two years old in their machines anyhow, except maybe the case. -

AMD CPU, GPU, APU, RAM, now SSD. Why not a AMD branded computer say like the Discovery Tablet, or a laptop?
I would've rather seen a SanDisk or Samsung SSDs being used but I think they'd be more expensive. Hopefully these are not crap and will not tarnish AMD's name in the process too. I guess this is AMD's way of getting into the SSD business (seeing as they can't quite actually produce their own)? -
Are they really "getting into" the business, seems like the usual snap the brand on so fanboy buy scenario again.
