    Hey guys,

I was looking for a customized Sony Y in Germany, when I saw an option for an "ATI Mobility RadeonAMDM93" for 30€.
What the heck is that? Never heard of that graphics, what is it capable of?

Probably a Radeon HD4570, not a great card.

Is it comparable to a Geforce 210m? I have no clue about that...

    if its a 4570 , it should be 20-40% better than a G210m..

I thought it was something more like the integrated radeon 4200 i could be wrong though

sorry for double post i hate it when it does that

Edit: just had a google around and when i google ati and m93 i seem to get a lot of links containing the 4500 so its probably some form of 4500. The 4570 performs similarly to a DDR2 geforce 8600m gt which by todays standards is nothing amazing although it will play games in low settings and in such a small system it is quite a good card.

If you wanna see how well it plays games youtube radeon mobility HD4570 and there will be tons of videos of that card playing games although watch out because with a vaio y you will need to take in to account the low voltage cpu will be slower than your average core 2 duo. If you game then for that price its worth the upgrade. If you dont play games then it might be better not to get it and have the better battery life.
