ATI Mobility Radeon X600 256MB for DELL Latitude D810?

Hello,

Would anyone be aware of the part number of the ATI Mobility Radeon X600 256MB GPU (or of the DELL Latitude D810 motherboard that would include this GPU)? I am looking to purchase a D810 with this GPU, you see, or at the very least a motherboard with this GPU so that I can replace the motherboard of another system.

(I understand that the specification sheet for the DELL Latitude D810 only lists the X600 with 128MB; however, several Internet commentators—and a few sellers with whom I have discussed—have listed the Latitude D810 as including the 256MB variant.)

Thank you for your response. Is it always 128MB, though? This would conflict with other details that have been read.

Oh? It is possible to upgrade the GPU? I have read conflicting comments in regard to this possibility. Would you be able to shine light on this apparent discrepancy?

 

Have you ever attempted a GPU upgrade for the D810 (excluding to the 7800GTX)?

If I purchase D810 without the ATI Mobility Radeon X600 256MB—or even a D610—do you think it would it be possible to upgrade it to that variant? The Quadro FX Go1400 appears to be a better choice, of course.

I was not aware that it was for sale...! Would you be willing to list additional specifications (e.g., does it have have the 2.26 GHz Intel Pentium M 780)? Thank you.
