This laptop is retardedness distilled to an art form. 1070s score more than this crap. @Papusan

I like thin and light. I do. But I want realistic. Give me a 1060 in this beast all day long... Drop price $1000 or so. I'm sold!

I wonder what the laws of thermal dynamics will say about this laptop

Even with a 1060, they'd have to cut price by 1500$ for this to be worth anything. And place the TouchPad in the correct place.

Oh yeah. The touchpad placement is pretty messed up. The Blade Pro, GT83 and 21X had odd placement but it still made more sense than above the keyboard

Ground braking performance, oh'well. Welcome to the new NVIDIA FRANKENSTEIN GRAPHICS Milking to last drop  And people thought M naming was history.
I don't like using touchpad, but this is even worse. For the records... I'm not a gamer but this touchpad setup is really terrible.

Yeah, 1060 in a 15" with proper touchpad. Although I always use a mouse.

    Agreed.
I use a mouse 80% of the time, but if someone is paying this much for the laptop, they deserve a decent experience for the remaining 20% of the time.

I was afraid this would come(or I can say I know this was coming). And people was happy the M naming and lesser performance vs. desktops was finally over. A terrible idea. And the touchpad placement is almost as terrible as touchscreen. Awful!!

The GPU in this laptop is like a 1065. Not anything near the 1080.

What is sad is that people will buy something like this. And Nvidia and the ODM's smiling all day when they look in their bank account  People is their own enemies!! Sad but true.

Mods can you please shift this thread to jokebookforums.com where it belongs? Or the Acer subforum. Either / or.

Just so it doesn't show up in my feed anymore, its just too depressing.

I don't want/need the GTX 1080, but if this level of cooling (especially for the M.2 SSD's) (I'm assuming it works...) was available for a ThinkPAD... I'd willing pay that price. :)

This model though? Pass. (Even if given to me N/C).
