    Hi guys,

I'd just like to find out what is a decent middle range cpu that i can upgrade my laptop with. I no this is getting a little old now but i want to keep it :D

I have tried searching the forum but the closest i got was this
    http://forum.notebookreview.com/hardware-components-aftermarket-upgrades/384368-acer-extensa-5220-cpu-upgrade-mpga479m.html
But unfortunately this guy has a 'GM965 Express Chipset' where as mine is only a GL960 Chipset as found by 'CPU-Z'.

    So the spec is:
    Acer Extensa 5220
    Intel Celeron M 530
    533MHz FSB
    Socket 479 mPGA
    GL960 Chipset

Would a Intel Core 2 Duo T7250 work ok?

Once again sorry for asking what is probably such a simple question for you guys. :D

    Cheers

    Johnno
