    Hi everybody!

I was wondering if you could help me with my question regarding a GPU upgrade for my Acer 8942G 18,4" (HD5650).

More precisely I wanted to know if it is possible to install a MXM 3.0B card in it (like the GTX 260M, GTX460M, HD5870).

I thing that the current HD5650 is a MXM 3.0A card, but does that mean that the slot is also MXM 3.0A? When I bought the notebook I saw there were also versions with an ATI Radeon HD5850 (MXM 3.0B is guess..).

I looked at the manual and there seems to be enough place for a MXM 3.0B card. The problem is the power consumption.. To I have MXM 3.0A or 3.0B?

Any help is greatly appreciated, thank you!
