Now I did some research my laptop uses PC4200 DDR2 533 SODIMM RAM?
I opened it up and saw 2 Samsung 512 sticks.
So Now I am wondering if I can buy one gig PC4200 DDR2 533 RAM and STICK it with one of the 512 RAMS and take the extra 512 out. So 1.5 GIG RAM in total is that possible?
Or do I have to buy 2 1024 RAM to make it 2 GIG?
    thanks
PS PC4200 Is the correct RAM my laptop uses? Or it can use other ones 2? Kind of a newb >.<

Yes you can. Yes PC4200/4300 200 pin SODIMM. All DDR2 is compatible so you could buy PC6400 but would run at PC4200 speed. Pairs do not have to be matched.
