Hello everyone. I am looking into upgrading the CPU in my laptop. I've read the other thread about an upgrade project by someone else going up to a TL-60 series. My question is if anyone knows if I can put a TL-64 in without any problems. The only hardware change to my laptop currently is the 2GB of RAM I added, making 4GB total. Any insight greatly appreciated!

    I put in a TL-58 no problem anything S1G1 should work. I have 4GB and Win7X64.

BTW any luck with setfsb or clockgen?

Haven't used them yet. I did as much research as I could, and I want to install the TL-64, but I'm waiting to see if it will work. Takes a lot of effort to take this apart, and the new CPU isn't free =/
