My laptop is out of warranty and will not turn on anymore.

Ive tried lots of things; taking out battery, holding power button for 10-60 seconds with and without power adapter, replacing adapter and RAM. I'm now at the point were i had to open the laptop.

I'm sure the MB is getting power, cause when i plug in the adapter LED4 Flashes orange real quick, then LED3 stays on blue (only when battery is in)

I've tested the volts coming out of the adapter at 42V and I've tested some points on the MB itself ie; power switch 6.7V and other IC's at anywere's between 6 - 36 Volts

And she still wont turn on.

Please does anyone else have any other suggestions why it wont turn on.
I understand it could be the MB needs replacing, but i'm not spending $150 - $200 on one.

I read 42 volts on the power going into the MB there are two red and two blacks both same voltages. But after that im inexperienced on what the test next. no reading on fan which makes sense cause its not on hehe..

    Thanks for any feedback
