    Acer Aspire starting Problem

    HI

    I have an Acer Aspire 5100 Notebook
    The problem is that the NB does not start Normally, the power is on, the power light is on, but the monitor is off, it just doesnt start, i have to turn of then turn on for many times , sometimes i have to do it more then 20 times, till it starts workin, but when it starts , it works perfectly. I wonder if you could tell me where the problem is, why doesnt start on the first time i click the power button?

    Second problem

    It has to do with USB Ports(3 USB Ports).They dont work propperly.(I use External Mouse and Keyboard).


    1.Sometimes all of 3 ports are working , sometimes works only one, sometimes non of them(at this moment arent working).
    2.Sometimes they are working, suddenly just stop working
    3.Sometimes they are not working and they just start working
    4.Sometimes the USB Port that i'm using is working, then it stops, then i try to use next one, at the moment that i put it(mouse or keyboard) on, my PC freezes(Blocekd) then i have to restart(damn i'm afraid that is not going to start for a while)
    5.Often happens during the windows xp logo loading, PC gets blocked, then i switch all usb tools off, and then starts, but sometimes i am not using at all any usb tools and this "****" gets bllocked during XP Loading...

    It is all about "Sometimes" , the situation changes....I dont know what a hell is going on:S

    It may seems stupid but i'm suffering here

    here you can see BIOS information....can u tell me wich version should I install....or update?
