What upgrades have you done to your travelmates?
    So far i've
    -Upgraded RAM to 2gb.
-Upgraded HD to Toshiba E7K100 (great drive) 60gb
    -Installed BT
-Installed 2nd battery to media bay.

Overall performance has inceased significantly an battery life is now almost 8 hours.

But I am still on a quest for more power..

The MR9700 if fast enough, even for most modern games like BF2 etc.
Many games have the minimun requirement of 128mb display memory, but i've managed great with just 64mb. The card is also very oc able.
This is good news, as upgrading is something near impossible.

The performance is now pleasing, altough i'd like to hear if anyone has upgraded the CPU on a 4500 series machines?

Can the heatsink take, say a 2ghz. M755 or M765 is it?
What about the BIOS, it has no place for changing the clock speed?
    Will this be a problem?

If you have changed your processor on a similar machine, please post your information about the issue.
