HEy Thanks for taking the time to read this post and hopefully respond, I purchased my acer nitro 5 an517-52,
The stock 8gb ram it came with ran at 2933Mhz since the i5-10300h has a 2933mhz max capacity... SO I purchased two 16gb Crucial 3200mhz sticks and have installed them... I realize they wont run at the advertised 3200mhz but I cant even get them to run at 2933, instead there running at 2633mhz and since XMP is locked in the bios I'm confused how id go about getting my 32gb of ram running at 2933mhz instead of 2666.... Does anyone have suggestions?

Down stepping to the preferred frequency should be somewhat automatic unless there's some sort of whitelisting going on in the BIOS preventing it and forcing it to a minimum of 2600 instead of 2900.

Return them and order the correct frequency / white list approved?
