now i know u can hook up external keyboards mice and monitors (duh) but i dont want my laptop open when i use it. i basicly want it to be a desktop but normally when i close it it goes into standby mode. i was just wondering if there is a way to disable that. there is a little button right next to my power button that gets depressed by a nub of plasic on my monitor. any input would be appreciated.
