    Hi,
    I am using hp compaq 6730b notebook last month with Vista. But I remove vista and install WinXPP. All the driver I installed successfully but Fingerprint doesn't work. So anybody know the sollution regarding this issue, please help.

    when u say all drivers have installed succesfully, have u double checked device manager?

    Occasionally, when u installed drivers etc, it will say it installs succesfully but when u check device manager, it was not actually installed succesully.
