Hello, I just bought this laptop from sears ASUS Laptop Intel® Core™ i3-2330M Processor 4GB 15.6" Display X54L-BBK2 ENERGY STAR® - Computers - Laptops - All Laptops and noticed AFTER purchase, it had UMA. So I looked up what UMA was and found that it was just crap. So, would I be able to buy this VCG84DMS5R3SXPB MULTIMEDIA GRAPHICS CARD 512MB PNY Technology and put it on my laptop? Thanks!

Commander Wolf can i haz broadwell?
The GPU you linked is a desktop part. There is no way you are going to put it in your laptop. eGPU may be possible depending on your ports, but I'm pretty sure even the HD3000 is comparable to a desktop 8400.

Commander Wolf,
Good advice. Here is a pretty good comparison of where all the GPU's (discrete and integrated) compare to each other:
