My company is giving me a Dell D820 for work with the 2.33 GHz Dual Core processor and 2 Gig of Ram. This is going to fly and be great for work applications, but I would also like to use it for games from time to time. It comes with the NVIDIA 512MB Quadro NVS 120M Turbocache. From what I have read this is a crappy video card for game playing.

I have no choice but to get one of the Dell Latitude models (My company only purchases the Latitude’s) and this is the fastest they make, but I am afraid I won't be able to play games with the video card it comes with. Is it possible to add a better Video card after I receive my Laptop? I am just not sure if new video cards can be added to laptops like they can on desktops, if it can, what card would you all recommend?

Sorry for my ignorance on the subject, but that is why I am here...to get advice from the experts.
    Thanks

That being said, you should still be able to play some games on it. It just may not work as well as a dedicated gaming card. Depends entirely on the game, though.
