I am planning on buying a HP DV7-2xxx. Most of the models available here (Sweden) come with only a single HD installed. Is it possible to add a second HD later? I know it is mechanically possible since there is a bay for a 2nd HD but I am not sure if the internal wiring and the BIOS in all DV7-2xxx will support the 2nd HD.

    Thanks

You should be fine adding the aftermarket HDD on your own. You will most likely have to buy an overpriced HDD caddy, but that's probably about it.
