I'm trying to get my mSATA running, I finished making the factory recovery discs (1 CD+3 DVD's), what's the next step(s).

Make the discs. Shut down the machine. Remove the hard drive. Open the panel on the bottom and install the mSATA (gently push the WWAN wires out of the way). Replace the panel and reboot (without the HD). Go into the BIOS and set it to boot from the optical drive first and then the mSATA drive. Power up (again, without the HD installed) and use the restore discs to reload the software onto the mSATA drive. Once that's complete, reboot to the mSATA to be sure it's working. Shutdown and reinstall the hard drive. When you power up again you should see both the mSATA and the HD in the device manager. I did this for my T420 and it's been working great.
