    As mentioned, that RAM will work fine. However, you can get cheaper RAm from newegg.com, which is linked below. They sell RAM from reputable brands at round $70, and they also have a good range. Your computer should also be compatible with 667 MHz (PC2-5300/5400) RAM, however, if you already have a 533 MHz module installed, then the new module will autmatically clock down to that speed.
