I just received an HP DV6648SE for Christmas and the graphics card is an intregrated Intel X3100. I like everything about the laptop and really do not mind having the integrated card but if I decided to go with an 8400m series card is this possible? This is my first laptop and I have heard that it is not always possible to change a graphics card on a laptop. I appreciate any advice. Thanks.

This cannot be done. No laptop with an X3100 can ever be upgraded, ever.
