    Hey, i was wondering if the Samsung silm DVD Burner (SN-S082D/BEBN) from newegg.com is compatible with the Acer (Aspire) AS3618AWLCI? thanks in advance.

    I'm sure it would be. I've never seen the Acer, so I couldn't tell you for sure, but most optical drives are interchangeable, so it shouldn't be a problem.

    Unless it has a special optical drive where it doesn't fit certain drives, then it will be perfectly fine.
