Hello all, was planning on buying an Alienware 14 here during the Holidays (hoping for some discounts). I was just curious if anyone knew what motherboard they use? I'm looking to buy an aftermarket SSD and memory to plug in after I receive it but can't seem to find any info of the actual hardware used to build this thing.

So in short it would be amazing if anyone has already gone through this and have a general idea about compatibility. Thanks in advance.

m14x uses an m14x motherboard... not sure how that's relevant?

Either way you should be able to use any SATA SSD. If you (presumably) get the current gen, you can use an mSATA SSD too.
