    Both kits will work... they just won't run at the full 1333MHz. I don't know the DIMMs in both kits are identical, but they're of the same specs (1333MHz at CL9) at the very least.

    The specs on the kits are identical but the corsair gaming ram kit costs a lot more than the other one. I'm wondering if it's just because the kit is from DELL or if the corsair kit is actually more fit for gamers.

    RAM is RAM, always get the cheapest, as long as you have a warranty, your golden.
