I have a problem, I am not only using a computer with a gpu that it doesn't support, but i have seen the forum post using this gpu with this pc, but I am running on Windows 8.1 and am wondering if that will affect the usable drivers for the GPU and also if that will effect the way that I will need to tweak the files. If anyone could help me walk through this, it would be greatly appreciated.

    Thank you.

Although the 560M isn't supported, it will work in the 15x.. I believe you will need to mod the driver inf for the driver to install.. Head over to the Alienware/Alienware 15x forum and there is plenty of information on this.

Yes, you will have to copy & paste the lines that you used to mod your previous drivers from the 6.2 (windows 8) or 6.1 (windows 7) to the 6.3 (windows 8.1) section. Also you will need to disable drivers signature enforcement before installing.
