Is it possible? I have a maximum of 1759 mb, but all my games run extremely slowly and choppy even with the lowest graphics settings. I was under the impression that the dynamic video memory would automatically assign memory to games, but that doesn't seem to be happening. Why?

The issue isn't the amount of video memory. The Intel integrated graphics card just isn't powerful enough to run 90% of games. You can give it 16GB of its own if you want, but it won't perform any better.
