    Please look at this.

Any information about it e.g. stability or price?

I've used those before, I don't know if it was that very product but My friend used to have 2 computers all set up like that and it worked pretty good. He also had it set up so he could push a button and it would change from one computer to another.

Thats very confusing. I would just use two keyboards and mouses. It somewhat gives me a feeling that it increases the risk of PC failiure. It's an unecessary link
    really, between 2 computers.

If you have two computers... why not just use a KVM switch? They're tried and true technology. And if you have two users with two displays... it'd cost nearly nothing to get another machine to go with it, rather than killing performance of both users by having them share the same resources. I'd pass on it.

I have read the description 3 times now and I still think I am missing something.

Looks like more than a KVM switch.
Is it software that acts as a KVM, remote management, and network sharing all in one across a usb cable???

I think probably unneccessary if you have both computers on the same LAN. Use a KVM and the rest of the fuctionality will already be in place via your LAN with out adding software and operational load to the PCs. I use a KVM switch between my desktop and 2 notebooks when I am home.

Syndrome, sounds like you are talking about a KVM.

Although this won't accomplish the same thing, if you just need to share a keyboard and mouse, looks into a program called synergy. It is a free programs and allows you to share a mouse and keyboard over a network. I use it when I want to use my desktop keyboard and mouse on my laptop through my wireless network. Basically, it will allow the mouse to travel from one screen to another and whatever screen the mouse is on, the keyboard input will go to.

I have heard that synergy doesnot support file copy and drag-drop between 2 computers and above all there are many bugs in synergy, yet. I think if its operation is stable and does not occupy much resouce, it looks very promising.
I think it is very helpful to me and 2-computer users.

Yea, there is no file drag and drop. I haven't had stability problems though. The only ones I had came from the instability of my wireless network.....
