    Can't seem to find mobile drivers for an R6 series GPU on the AMD website. Friend is having issues with youtube videos despite the browsers. I note that when she got it, her friend tried to wipe out all the bloatware and install at least AMD drivers only for the GPU to mess up until factory reset.

    I'm wondering if all of this is tied to not being able to get the drive directly form AMD? OORRRR does one need to fetch drivers by APU and not GPU?

    Yes, download and install AMD drivers for APU and Chipset too, igpu will be installed automatically.
